End of November My Glorious finished work on their current album “Home Is Where The Heart Breaks”. For this record the band recruited renowned sound tinkerer Raphael Spanocchi as “the fourth Beatle” and worked together with him to best try to capture the energy of the band and the sound that their hearts make.

To call this album a concept album may not be quite right, eventhough the lyrics and the sound centre around a clear topic which is the evolution of the heart – in no romantic way at all, and far away from lovey dovey lyrics. The album contains twelve tracks and was released in Europe by G-Records, Edition-JA/Budde Musikverlage and will be distributed by INTERGROOVE.
The Single which is taken from the album is the strong rocker “You Should Be Dancing”. Release in the US will be in April 2010.

‘Leper’, the debut EP from rock trio My Glorious is a sonically charged, lyrically rich album that introduces this band and their unique style to today’s music scene. Nathan Wesely Smith (Artist/North Carolina)

The ‘Leper’ EP was recorded during spring and summer 2008 at My Glorious’ Vienna studio. The guys had been doing a fair amount of recording purely for the sake of experimenting with different recording methods and sounds but a release hadn’t been planned for 2008. An unexpected opportunity to tour the southern U.S made a record necessary.
So all the material was reviewed, re-arranged and partly rerecorded and out came ‘Leper’. The sound of the EP is rough, raw and powerful, offering an alternative to the polished, often shallow music of today. ‘Leper’ is a good, hard look into the minds and lives of these three guys that love to create music and feel the need to express themselves. The music is strong and the lyrics very straightforward – ‘an honest attempt to understand life’, Samuel (lead-singer and guitarist) comments.
