Last thursday we headed down to Charlotte to see some friends and to spend some time on the marketing issue of the band. We had the best time there. We stayed at the cross.tv mansion with a private pool, a tenniscourt, a lake and a beachvolleyball pitch. Needless to say that we played a lot of tennis, volleyball and went swimming alot. When we arrived in Nashville last week, we only had 3 concerts fixed. I was very worried, because being here for 4 weeks, i’d love to drive from one good show to the next one.
Our expectations have changed though, they’re higher now than the first times we were here. Where are the venues that would fit our style of music? It’s better to play two shows to an audience that likes our style of music than 10 to longhaired metalfreakes (which by they way always turn out to be the nicest people) or a bunch of drunk people. continue reading »
